We have a choice of plots of land for sale from £35 000, in the Dordogne region with planning consent for one of our homes. Alternatively if you aleady have the land we can assist you in obtaining planning permission to install one of these units.

The process is simple and straight forward, you have the full rights to the land, we deal with the French bureaucracy, and assist you all the way. From the day you find the right location it takes no more than 12 Months to have it all in place and ready to move in.
